MANAGER - CREDIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the credit approval process
- Ensure timely and efficient disbursement of credit facilities
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit risks
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree is preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in credit operations with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial analysis tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
EXECUTIVE - CREDIT
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of Credit to build a quality lending portfolio by evaluating the credit facilities submitted for approval by the branch network
- Ensure credit disbursement are carried out adhering to regulatory requirements and internal credit controls
- Assist in the recovery and the legal action of the customers assigned by the Head of Credit
- Carry out Post Credit Monitoring of the facilities granted
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience out of which 2 years in credit or a similar role in a reputed financial institution
- Full or part professional qualification in Banking from a recognized professional body
- Degree or a professional qualification in Credit Management would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, investigation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity, trustworthiness and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication & written skills (Proficiency in Tamil language would be an added advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office package (Proficiency in Excel would be an added advantage)
