System Support Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily hardware support jobs and promptly resolve hardware related tickets.
- Install and troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, and network connectivity issues.
- Support system terminations, relocations, and new installations at Head Office and branches.
- Maintain accurate and complete installation and repair documentation for all hardware.
- Support business continuity by managing backups, maximizing system uptime, and providing on call support across shifts.
- Uphold company policies, ethics, and professionalism while safeguarding assets and stakeholder interests.
- Periodically visit branches and call centers to enhance staff knowledge, implement procedural improvements, and contribute to risk mitigation and effective decision-making.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of network cabling and termination.
- Experience in software setups, including Windows 8, 10, 11.
- Strong skills in PC hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
- Certificate or Diploma in Hardware and Networking, preferably NVQ Level 4.
- Experience in the hardware and networking field is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
