Join our Team as an Intern - Human Resources
Location - Colombo 03, Sri Lanka
Job Role
- Support end-to-end HR functions including Recruitment, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, Admin and Employer Branding.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data to build reports and visualizations.
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement events.
- Work closely with the HR team across all functions, gaining hands-on exposure to the full HR spectrum.
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate reading for a degree in Human Resources or equivalent (professional qualification also considered)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI an added advantage
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Energetic, positive, self-driven individual
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Team player, willing to support cross-functional HR initiatives
