SENIOR MANAGER – FINANCE & TAX
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Lead Group financial reporting and consolidation ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance. - Tax, Compliance & Governance
Lead corporate tax, VAT, customs and statutory compliance while strengthening tax risk management, governance and audit readiness. - Financial Planning & Performance
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to deliver measurable targets and insights. - Treasury & Working Capital
Oversee treasury and working capital, cash flow, banking, trade finance, FX exposure and funding for local and international operations. - Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
Provide financial insights on pricing, profitability, investments and performance to support strategic commercial decisions. - Segment & Investment Financial Management
Drive financial control and performance across estates, non-dairy and international trading operations; evaluate new markets and investments. - Finance Transformation & Process Improvement
Drive standardisation, automation and effective use of ERP and finance systems to enhance efficiency, control and decision support.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in finance and tax, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA with a Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, tax, treasury and financial planning.
- In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan tax legislation and regulations.
- Proven track record in FMCG, agribusiness, manufacturing, or trading environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
