SENIOR ERP PROGRAMMER ANALYST
100% REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

JOB SUMMARY:
We have an immediate opening for an ERP Programmer Analyst, a dedicated and motivated professional with exceptional skills in programming, business analysis and a passion for customer service to join our tight knit team. This exciting role has the responsibility for the delivery of projects and service across Canada.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and deliver complex and challenging ERP solutions to a wide range of customers.
- Writing quality code and test programming for in-house software programs.
- Implementing in client production environment.
- Application support, troubleshooting, deployment.
- Report issues and concerns immediately to manager.
- Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need.
- Balance multiple time sensitive projects and respond immediately to tech support requests from staff or clients.
- Follow company standards for source code control.
- Record bug-fixes and incidents into existing system.
- Document all programming and related projects.
- Adapt and learn new programming languages and concepts as needed.
CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 4+ or more years experience with Visual Studio, .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET.
- Strong database and MS SQL skills. Knowledge on other structured query languages is a plus.
- Experience with Crystal Reports (or other similar reporting tools) and VB/VBA is required.
- Basic knowledge of Web API essentials, IIS, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript is required.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and the office suite is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in computer science, Computer Programming, or related field.
- Business diploma or business analysis/accounting experience considered as an asset.
- Five or more years work experience as a programmer on software projects preferably in ERP.
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
- Commitment to continuing education in computer programming.
- A total dedication to the customer and quality.
- Excellent English communication skills. Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Ability to actively listen, and skilled in expressing ideas and presenting them in user-friendly language.
- Strong sense of accountability and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment in which projects are completed on time.
- Willing to travel and work around Sage or Acumatica projects (as applicable).
WORKING HOURS:
- Mon – Friday
- 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
