Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 8-10 years' experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, apartments, villas, residential, commercial, and office building projects
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, quality standards, material testing, and construction methodologies
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection procedures, quality documentation, and project quality management systems
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead QA/QC teams

Manage and supervise all QA/QC activities throughout the construction project
Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project quality requirements
Conduct and coordinate site inspections, material inspections, and quality testing
Review and monitor Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and QA/QC documentation
Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues
Coordinate with consultants, Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain required quality standards
