Junior Executive / Executive Business Control
Job Role
- Analyzing and Evaluating sale fluctuations on daily basis.
- Overall responsibility of managing the cost of sale / GP margins of the company.
- Preparing monthly and weekly variance reports to monitor unaccounted variances and wastages inventory of the stores.
- Analyzing / Evaluating and controlling main cost components at the restaurant level
- Carrying out post and pre-promotional evaluations and completing ad hoc basis feasibility reports.
- Assisting the strategic plan unit by preparing and evaluating weekly reports and assisting to prepare the monthly management accounts.
- Proactively identify and solve strategic problems that impact the business direction.
- Responsible for Product costings for new products and offers
- Liaising with Finance/Operations/Marketing/Supply Chain and IT departments in day-to-day work and system issue coordinator for IT Support Service.
- Sales submission monthly.
Requirements
- Age between 20 - 30 Male or Female.
- Preferably qualified in CA Sri Lanka or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
- Preferred with 1 - 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Hands on experience in an ERP / POS system will be an added advantage.
- Sound analytical skills with high degree of integrity.
- Possess a good communication skill in English and literacy of IT.
