What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in airline ticketing
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS — experience in ticket issuance and re-issuance is essential
- Proficiency in GDS queue handling (Amadeus)
- Knowledge of manual fare calculations & re-issuance
- Experience in refund processing and familiarity with BSPLink operations and reconciliation
Key responsibilities
- Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
