PROJECT MANAGER (AI & LEGAL-TECH)

Muve is a UK-based property law firm with 500+ team members across the UK and Sri Lanka. We are building modern AI infrastructure, automation tools, and next-generation internal systems to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support our lawyers and operational teams.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to support the rollout of AI systems, workflow automation, and core platform upgrades. You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, AML, Compliance, Legal Operations, Case Workers, and leadership teams across both countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and AI-related projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Gather requirements, clarify scope, and manage changes.
- Track risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Report progress to leadership and ensure timely delivery.
- Support user acceptance testing, rollout plans, and training.
- Ensure compliance and data integrity in all deployments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technology or product project management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience working with engineering or product teams.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
