As a growing financial institution committed to strong governance and sustainable growth, we are seeking a capable and analytical professional to strengthen the Company's Enterprise Risk Management framework, ensuring effective risk oversight, regulatory compliance, and robust risk governance across the organisation.
Job Profile
- Enterprise Risk Framework Management - Implement and maintain the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across credit, operational, market, liquidity and regulatory risks.
- Risk Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor risk exposures and provide timely analysis and reporting to Senior Management and the Board Integrated Risk Management Committee (IRMC).
- Risk Governance - Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) in alignment with the Board approved Risk Appetite.
- Business Risk Assessment - Evaluate risks associated with new products, business initiatives and operational processes, recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
- Regulatory Compliance & Assurance - Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and internal governance standards, and coordinate internal, external and regulatory audits.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years experience in risk management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of credit, operational, and regulatory risk management frameworks.
- Familiarity with CBSL regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
