IT OFFICER / IT EXECUTIVE
Lebananchef Pvt Ltd & Group of Restaurants
LOCATION: 56, Galle Road, Colombo 03.
REQUIREMENTS
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in IT
- Candidates residing near Colombo preferred
- Good knowledge of:
- Computer Hardware, Software, and Printer Installation & Troubleshooting (PCs & Laptops), Maintenance, Social Media Platform Management (Facebook / Instagram, etc.) and Graphic Design
- Networking & WiFi Configuration / Troubleshooting
- CCTV Systems
- Fingerprint Attendance Machines
- Understand Restaurant POS / ERP Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot IT-related issues independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- More than 2 years of experience working in the restaurant industry.
- Valid Bike license, Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when necessary
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and devices
- Support restaurant POS/ERP systems and daily restaurant operations
- Ensure smooth functioning of network, WiFi, printers, CCTV and attendance systems
- Install and configure software and hardware as required
- Provide after-hours IT support when necessary
