JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum 02 years of accounting experience in a commercial organization or audit firm.
- Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent accounting qualification.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Maintain accurate accounting records and process daily financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries and perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Assist in conducting annual stock counts & inventory reconciliations.
- Support tax, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
