Harrisons Shipping (Private) Limited, a leading logistics and freight forwarding company, is looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee – Freight Forwarding to join our team and build a career in the logistics industry.
THE ROLE
Gain hands-on exposure to import and export operations, freight documentation, customer service and shipment coordination while learning the fundamentals of international freight forwarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate import and export shipments with customers, shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents.
- Assist with shipping instructions, bills of lading, invoices and customs-related documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate shipment and operational records.
- Support the resolution of operational and customer queries.
- Develop a strong understanding of freight forwarding procedures and international trade requirements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Up to one year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A willingness to learn and build a career in freight forwarding and logistics.
