Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international freight services.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and tenders for prospective clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular engagement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and logistics documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM software experience is a plus.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Freight Forwarding is preferred.
