Key Responsibilities Include:
- Meet delivery and quality related KPIs
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of process outcomes
- Maintain Excellent customer service standards
- Adhere to compliance requirement
- Uphold company values at all times
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Completed / undertaking an academic or professional qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO sector is mandatory
- Passionate about customer service
- Ability to work with MS Office package
- Good written and verbal communication skills
