CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer support regarding company’s services
- Attend to customers’ calls and manage inquiries effectively
- Provide excellent customer service
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
- Should maintain a healthy inter departmental communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Should poses an excellent command of English Sinhala & Tamil.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Prior experience in Airline ticketing field will be an added advantage
- At least with 2 years of experience
