01 ROLE OVERVIEW
Contribute as an Associate Full Stack Engineer to the design and development of modern web and mobile applications, using Python/Django on the backend and React Native, React.js, and Next.js on the frontend. You will own features end-to-end and collaborate closely with Product, Senior Engineers, UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable, high-quality solutions — developing RESTful APIs, business logic, ORM, authentication and authorization, third-party integrations, and automated tests with py-test — while using AI tools to improve productivity.
02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack features using Python/Django on the backend and React Native, React.js, and Next.js on the frontend.
- Implement RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with relational databases, ensuring secure and efficient data access.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for backend and frontend components for stable, reliable releases.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications on AWS and Google Cloud (EC2, RDS, S3/Cloud Storage, Lambda/Cloud Functions, API Gateway) with DevOps.
- Work with Product Owners, UX Designers, and QA in an Agile team to refine requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver sprint commitments.
- Participate in code reviews, giving and incorporating constructive feedback while following engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality features while owning assigned work.
- Build responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces, aligned to UX designs and brand guidelines.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs — authentication, payments, notifications — handling errors and edge cases gracefully.
- Follow Git-based workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines that automate builds, tests, and deployments.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, test generation, and troubleshooting within company security guidelines.
- Continuously improve in Python, Django, React, React Native, Next.js, AWS, GCP, system design, security, and performance.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline with 1–2 years in full stack development (internship or academic project experience accepted).
- Basic understanding of software architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns.
- Exposure to AWS or GCP, automated testing frameworks, debugging techniques, and CI/CD is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and time management, and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
