We are involved in the development and sale of premium residential properties, including Havelock City and Mireka Seascape and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our team.
The Job...
- Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the marketing of apartments.
- Execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue prospective customer leads.
- Provide relevant and timely information to prospective customers to secure the sale of apartments.
- Build and maintain a database of customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
The Person...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate, automobile or service sectors.
- Possess strong networking skills and experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achievement.
- Age Between 30-45.
