The ideal candidates should be
- Registered Students of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
- Students who have completed Business or Corporate Level Examinations conducted by the ICASL.
- School Leavers (GCE A/Ls in the Commerce Stream) who intend following ICASL examinations.
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
