RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the premises and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Manage and monitor access to the premises, including visitors and deliveries.
- Ensure doors, gates, and designated areas are properly secured.
- Identify and promptly report security, safety, or maintenance concerns.
- Assist with general caretaking and upkeep of the premises.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.
- Support opening and closing procedures when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in security, caretaking, or a similar position preferred.
- Trustworthy, responsible, alert, and disciplined.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle routine issues independently.
- Willingness to perform general caretaking duties.
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures.
