HR EXECUTIVE (LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using competency mapping and performance evaluation outcomes and identify competency gaps; develop Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where required.
  • Prepare and implement the annual Training Plan and Calendar aligned with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and execute all training programs (in-house, external, overseas) as per the plan.
  • Support and monitor training interventions linked to PIPs and emerging business needs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI through post-training assessments and analysis.
  • Manage L&D budget and ensure timely processing of all training related payments.
  • Liaise with departments to identify needs and resolve HR development related matters.
  • Facilitate training requirements arising from strategic initiatives and change programs.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and analytics for management review.
  • Manage external trainers/vendors and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of programs.

QUALIFICATIONS & PRE-REQUISITES

  • Bachelor's Degree / Special Degree / Professional Qualification or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related field from a University/Institute approved by the UGC.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Learning & Development or Training, in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
