Senior Manager Agency Compliance

Job Duties & Responsibilities;
- Lead agency compliance and ensure adherence to IRCSL regulations, company policies and governance standards.
- Oversee agency administration, including agency agreements, complaints, policy reallocations, and compliance processes.
- Manage agency incentive, benefit, recognition, and welfare programmes, ensuring accuracy, transparency and policy compliance.
- Drive financial governance through budget management, expenditure control and effective oversight of departmental funds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement regulatory changes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic leadership by strengthening compliance controls, managing risks and driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites;
- A Degree from UGC approved university or equivalent Professional Qualification in Insurance/ Marketing / Sales/Business Management from a recognized Institute
- MBA or Post Graduate qualification which is relevant to a Business Environment is preferred
- Age is preferably below 50 years
Relevant Experience;
- Minimum 05 years of managerial experience with over 10 years overall experience in executive capacity, covering Agency Compliance, Administration, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Agency Management, Complaints, Incentives & Benefits, Risk Management and Governance.

- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- A self-driven leader with excellent communication skills and a pleasing personality
- Proven capability of building effective interpersonal relationships
- Unblemished and continuous track record in performance
- Ability to work under pressure with multitasking skills
