Finance Process Automation Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Process Automation Analyst who understands finance operations and has practical exposure to automation and technology.
What you will do
- Work directly with client finance teams to understand AP, AR, VAT reconciliation, P2P and related processes.
- Identify business rules, exceptions, manual workarounds and undocumented process knowledge.
- Map current and future-state workflows.
- Work alongside AI Engineers to translate finance requirements into automated workflows.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT and production rollout.
- Work with technologies such as Power Automate, RPA, Power BI, ERP systems and workflow platforms.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong empathy for users.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance Operations, BPO, Shared Services, Process Excellence, BPR or Finance Transformation.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, P2P, VAT or financial reconciliation processes.
- Practical exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, RPA, or advanced Excel.
- Willingness to work on-site at client locations as part of the delivery team.
