- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in cyber security or tech industry
- Proven experience in business growth and sales strategy
- Strong market insight and analytical skills
- Expertise in CRM platforms and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Responsibility
- Devise and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Develop targeted sales strategies to enter new markets and industries
- Optimize sales processes and implement pricing strategies for revenue growth
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop relationship and presence with industry associations, chamber of commerce, government agencies to strengthen DeltaSpike play
- Lead effective communication and negotiation to secure client partnerships and deals
- Work closely with technology vendors, partners and relevant influencing partners for board customer outreach
