Position: Senior Finance Executive
Location: Sri Lanka
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Verification of marketing expenditure invoices, ensuring accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to monitor and validate expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary allocations and financial integrity.
- Estimate monthly Sales provisions & verification of Sales incentive calculations & reimbursement claims prepared by Sales team
- Ensure adherence to accounts receivable and account payables related compliances of the company.
- Manage vendor & customer registration activities in the vendor/customer registration system.
- Assist in audits and reviews related to Sales and marketing payments and invoices, ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with internal controls.
- Participate in periodic stock counts representing finance department.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years in finance, accounting, or auditing with hands-on experience in invoice and payment verification related to sales, marketing and retail operation.
- Degree or equivalent academic or professional full/part qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial tools such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent attention to details, Organizational skills and communication abilities. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English
- The candidate should demonstrate a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and reliability in handling financial tasks and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations internally and externally.
