ORDER PROCESSING EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process sales orders and returns with speed and accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare tailored quotations.
- Coordinate with Australian teams to provide order updates and ETAs.
- Deliver professional, helpful, and timely customer support.
- Share product and service knowledge with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- School leavers, fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Operations, or a similar field.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work in line with Australian business hours & calendar: Working hours: 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
- This is a Work From Office role based in Nawala, Colombo 5.
- Knowledge of electrical or industrial products (a plus, not required).
