Warehouse Supervisor
We are Prime Lanka Tyres based in Colombo and we are importers of tyres.
We are seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage and control daily warehouse operations.
- Basic salary + Allowance and many more.
- Age 21-40.
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Manage the receiving, unloading, checking, and proper storage of incoming goods.
- Ensure accurate recording of goods received, issued, transferred, and returned.
- Monitor company vehicles and coordinate transport activities when required.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, security, and proper product storage.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues and report them to management.
- Ensure warehouse operations follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, transport coordination, or goods delivery.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Experience with barcode scanners, inventory systems, ERP systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
