Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in providing technical support to users
- Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Candidates residing in Colombo will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist in IT system maintenance and documentation
- Support user accounts, software installations, and IT-related requests
- Ensure smooth operation of IT equipment and services
