Intern – IT SUPPORT

Job Profile
- Deliver effective desktop support services to all users.
- Attend to and resolve IT issues raised by users promptly; consult vendor specialists when required.
- Maintain ICT infrastructure in alignment with SOPs.
- Manage ICT inventory and documentation.
- Maintain logs including issue log, backup log, antivirus installation, software updates, and other relevant records.
- Provide basic training to users on effective use of ICT services.
- Provide ad-hoc ICT support for management requirements.
- Support ICT-related project activities as assigned.
Applicant Profile
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Information Technology (or related field).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
