MANAGER SALES & MARKETING
Carekleen (Pvt) Ltd, a leading provider of professional cleaning, hygiene and facilities management solutions in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and strategic professional to lead our Sales & Marketing function and drive business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth, securing commercial contracts and building brand awareness
- Identify and target potential B2B and B2C clients
- Negotiate pricing and service level agreements
- Manage the Company Online Presence
- Manage the annual sales and marketing budget to optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and present performance data to the Management Team
- Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales representatives
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Professional Qualification in the field of Sales & Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
- Customer relationship skills with good PR, Communication skill, Negotiation skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 05 – 10 Years' experience in similar capacity.
