UNIT HEAD ISLAMIC BANKING – COLOMBO
Job Profile
- Responsible for establishment, maintaining and management of strong account relationships with current and prospective corporate/SME/retail clients, identifying new business opportunities in the market, developing strategic initiatives for products and services
- Responsible for Deposit and Advances growth and achieving the assigned budgets
- Structuring credit facilities as per client's requirements in line with our credit Policy
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Plan, develop and manage the Unit towards achieving sound profitable growth through achievement of budgeted product-wise sales targets, profitability of the Unit and delivery of quality service to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of customer delight
Person Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 2 years of experience in managing corporate clients, preferably
- Graduate from a Recognized University or Full qualification in Banking
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized professional body
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Possess Excellent Analytical, Negotiation and Cross Selling Skills
- Team player and ability to work independently
