Sales & Market Development Manager
FishXChange – Join us to build Sri Lanka’s leading digital seafood marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with fish stalls, hotels, restaurants and other seafood buyers
- Generate orders and grow customer base
- Coordinate with fish farmers and suppliers
- Plan collections and deliveries efficiently
- Manage payments and customer credit
- Monitor market prices and competitor activity
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the fisheries/seafood industry
- Strong network in fish stalls, hotels, restaurants or seafood market
- Experience with farmers, suppliers or seafood traders
- Good knowledge of fish market, pricing and logistics
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
