Finco Technologies Pvt. Ltd, a growing IT company and part of The Finco Group, is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Technical Executive to drive our technical department forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day technical operations to ensure timely completion with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver effective and high-quality technical solutions expertise.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports, proposals, and other relevant documents.
- Mentor, guide, and provide ongoing training to elevate skills and competencies of team technical teammates.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and manage critical technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 (Information Technology) equivalent to a Higher National Diploma or first year of a degree.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in laptop and desktop repairing and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in technical services management or a related leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
