Manager – Warehouse
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material movement, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will lead the warehouse team, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and minimize stock variances.
- Manage aged, excess, and obsolete stock effectively.
- Oversee efficient warehouse operations and material movement.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and implement improvement actions.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the warehouse team to achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare and monitor key warehouse performance reports.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skill and knowledge in using inventory management systems and software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly IFS, will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
