MANAGER - MAINTENANCE

We are looking for a Manager – Maintenance to lead the company's maintenance and engineering functions, ensuring reliable equipment performance, minimum downtime, and smooth plant operations. The role will be responsible for driving preventive maintenance, engineering improvements, energy efficiency, and effective team management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead preventive maintenance to achieve targeted maintenance performance and minimize breakdowns.
  • Reduce repeated breakdowns and equipment downtime through effective root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Improve engineering response time and maintenance job lead time.
  • Drive faster stabilization of equipment and processes following maintenance or engineering interventions.
  • Lead engineering improvement, energy-efficiency, and CAPEX initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering safety standards and company procedures.
  • Lead and develop the engineering team to achieve operational and maintenance targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance management, equipment reliability, and engineering operations.
