WE ARE HIRING!
SENIOR ESTIMATING COORDINATOR - CONSTRUCTION
- Prepare BOQs, quotations and detailed cost estimates from architectural/structural drawings and project scopes.
- Develop accurate materials schedules and labour estimates using live UK supplier pricing and applicable UK rates.
- Use Spon's or equivalent UK pricing references and apply NRM or similar UK measurement standards.
- Price maintenance and reactive works using agreed Schedules of Rates (SOR).
- Obtain and incorporate supplier/subcontractor quotations, while supporting procurement and programme planning.
- Work closely with the UK team to review, amend and ensure all costing packages are accurate and ready for approval.
LOCATION
Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka
WORK HOURS
1:30 PM to 10:30 PM SL Hours

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Minimum 5 years experience
ACADEMIC (OPTIONAL)
Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
