ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and result-oriented individual for the position of accounts executive, who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of SLA AQP.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Age between 25 and 45 years.
- AAT passed finalist/member or part qualified with CA, CIMA, CMA, or any other professional institutions and/or possess a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy.
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Management will be added advantage.
- Minimum three years of experience in handling similar job role.
- Computer literacy and ability to use accounting software/ ERP independently.
- Fluency in English Language.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Build strong relationship with the SLA AQP council and other similar organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all financial transactions follow the accepted policies and procedures of the association.
- Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts to the SLA AQP treasurer for council meetings.
- Assist the treasurer in preparing budget estimates for the financial year and monitor budget and actuals monthly.
- Facilitate all payments made by the SLA AQP.
- Ensure all receivables to the SLA AQP are closely followed up and collected and records maintained.
- Work closely with the guidance of the Hony Treasurer and other main office bearers.
- Active participation in special events/annual events and revenue generation activities, seminars and workshops, etc.
- Any other responsibilities relating to the financial operation of the association.
