We are presently looking for talented, proactive experienced individuals to be part of our dedicated team. We are based in Waikkala (Close Proximity to Negombo).
OPERATIONS MANAGER / SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER - APPAREL
- 10+ years’ experience as a Senior Production Manager or Operations Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the full garment production process, from cutting through packing.
- Proven ability to lead production teams and factory staff.
- Experience coordinating with departments such as IE, Quality, Planning, Cutting, HR, Embroidery, Merchandising, Packing and Maintenance to resolve operational issues.
- Strong production-floor leadership and teamwork.
- Ability to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Experience monitoring production KPIs, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
- Good understanding of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong skills in cost control, waste reduction and resource optimization.
