Inbound Travel Specialist

We're growing our inbound team and looking for someone who can own the full customer journey — from the first enquiry through to the traveller landing safely and having an unforgettable trip.
THE ROLE
As our Inbound Travel Specialist, you'll handle inbound enquiries from customers travelling into Sri Lanka, managing each booking from start to end. You'll be the main point of contact for travellers — understanding their needs, building itineraries, coordinating logistics, and making sure every trip runs smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling inbound travel enquiries within a travel agency
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A genuinely independent, self-driven approach — comfortable owning a task from start to finish
- Strong team player who collaborates well with colleagues and suppliers
- Sharp attention to detail and great organisational skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
