SITE STOREKEEPER (Male)
KEY AREAS
- Responsible for receiving and issuing of Materials & tools
- Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials receiving to Stores
- Handling GRN, BIN Card and other related documentations and procedures in coordination with main stores
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintaininventory control
- Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss.
- Coordinating and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply
- General Supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material etc.
- Update the stock periodically.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, reconciling & inspecting of material and tools
KEY REQUIREMNTS (QUALIFICATION & SKILLS)
- Fully or Partially Qualified in relevant filed
- Having experience in construction field is must
- Minimum 3-6 years' experience in relevant filed
- Having knowledge in system, QB, SAP would be added advantage
- Computer literacy is essential
- Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage
- Good Communication both verbal and written skills in English
- Age below 35 years old.
