At this stylishly designed up-market 60 roomed Resort in Sigiriya, we have created an environment that’s worthy of its legendary surroundings. This distinctive Sri Lankan resort covers 10 acres of land along the old route to the magical Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Each room is designed to serve as a sanctuary with tranquil indoor and outdoor living spaces, intimate artistic touches and on-demand service.
We have following vacancies at the hotel to be filled by enthusiastic committed professionals
Hotel Cashier
Applicant should have passed GCE (O/L) and at least 1 year past experience in Leisure sector. Part qualification in Accounting / banking exams will be an added advantage. Age below 45 years.
Store Keeper
Applicant should have passed GCE (O/L) and at least 3 years’ experience in handling stores in star class hotels, should have knowledge of purchasing and maintaining stock records. Age below 40 years.
Assistant Store Keeper
Applicant should have passed GCE (O/L) and at least 2 years’ experience in handling stores in star class hotels, should have knowledge of purchasing and maintaining stock records. Age below 40 years.
Receptionists/Front Office Trainees
Applicants should have a pleasing personality, good command of English, a flair for guest relations and a minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. Age below 30 years.
Yoga Instructor
Applicants should possess a RYS 200 certification from the Yoga Alliance and either a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Science or a Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy.
Mixologist
Deep knowledge of spirits, flavor profiles, and classic/modern cocktail recipes. Proficiency in using bar-tending tools and techniques with 4 years of experience in a hotel/specialized cocktail bar. Create unique cocktails, design menus, and stay updated with industry trends. Memory for recipes and customer preferences.
Restaurant Hostess
Acts as the first point of contact, responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing the reservation book, and efficiently seating patrons to maximize table turnover. Key duties include providing wait time estimates, coordinating with servers, maintaining a clean entryway, and answering phones. Should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in a star class hotel.
Barman
A good knowledge of wines, cocktails and all kinds of alcoholic beverages with 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a star class hotel. Age below 40 years.
Kitchen Stewards
Applicants should have at least 1-year experience in a similar capacity in a reputed hotel. Freshers could also be considered. Age below 30 years.
Electricians
Applicants should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed hotel preferably with NVQ 3 certificates in the relevant fields. Age below 38 years.
