Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Assist with photo and video shoots for new arrivals, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, hashtags, and platform features
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination
- Assist in planning content calendars aligned with sales and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts (personal or professional) will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook trends.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar).
- Excellent written communication and a good eye for visual aesthetics.
- Passion for fashion and current style trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for shoots/events.
