CARTONING MACHINE OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the primary cartoning machine to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Set up the machine according to production orders and product specifications.
- Perform machine changeovers for different product sizes and carton formats.
- Ensure correct carton feeding, product insertion, coding, and sealing.
- Conduct routine machine inspections before, during, and after production.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting.
Requirements
- G.C.E. (O/L) or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating cartoning or packaging machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems.
