- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications (ICT stream preferred)
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Hardware / Networking
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
