EXECUTIVES - BRANCH OPERATIONS (Dehiwala)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Draft and circulate memos, circulars, and notices as needed.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Identify and manage resource gaps (financial, human, physical) in line with company regulations.
  • Provide detailed reports and statistics on branch performance to management.
  • Coordinate with departments to support events and activities across locations.
  • Report incidents such as robberies immediately and take necessary follow-up actions.
  • Organize and conduct investigations when required.
  • Support committee and board meetings with relevant operational data.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external parties.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the Head Office operations and branch network.
  • Uphold ethical standards and contribute positively to the company’s image at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level.
  • Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment with exposure to operational procedures.
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements and company policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data reporting.
  • Effective time management and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
