FINANCE EXECUTIVE
MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily collection of showrooms
- Processing supplier payments (online) and handling Petty cash
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely recording of transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Compliance with statutory requirements, payments, filling returns (VAT/SSCL/CIT/PAYE)
- Monthly salary processing and EPF/ETF handling
- Liaising with company auditors, bankers and officers of IRD
- Manage day to day administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Part Qualifications in CASL/CIMA/ACCA or Full in AAT
- Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in using RAMIS System (Inland Revenue Department-SL)
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands on experience in Odoo ERP system would be an added advantage
