WE’RE HIRING!
FINANCE EXECUTIVE
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing financial operations, supporting export & import activities, and delivering accurate financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & RECEIVABLE
- Process AP invoices and manage import bookings & advance clearances.
- Record customer claims, credit notes and maintain AP/AR reconciliations.
EXPORT & IMPORT OPERATIONS
- Create export sales orders/invoices and monitor customs declarations.
- Coordinate export documents, logistics, and prepare export & cash receipt reports.
FOREIGN CURRENCY & TRADE FINANCE
- Monitor foreign receivables & payables aging.
- Perform currency revaluations, reversals and prepare customer statements.
INVENTORY & COST CONTROL
- Process inventory write-offs, provisions and goods issues.
- Prepare inventory reconciliations and consumption reports.
REPORTING & MONTH-END
- Prepare incentive, open PO, BOI and YTD sales reports.
- Handle month-end provisions, reversals and GL reconciliations.
SAP MASTER DATA & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain customer, supplier, item, asset and GL master data.
- Upload exchange rates and support BOM, pricing and item revaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or a similar role.
- Experience in export/import accounting and trade finance is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
