Production Supervisor (Starting Salary – Rs.55,000/-)
Requirements
- Considered production supervisor experience.
- Strong leadership & team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of production process & quality control.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance worker’s disciplines
- Support Scheduling productions
- Support production goals are met on time and within budget
- Support to plan & executive production on a daily basis
- Monitor sample quality in on-going production
- Motivate and guide the worker level staff in order to achieve daily target
- Hold the responsibility to properly manage given recources per order
- Provide details & documents requested from the main office on a daily basis
