Residential New Builds & Renovations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily site works in line with drawings, quality, safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Plan and technically supervise labour and subcontractors to achieve site targets.
- Monitor stocks and request materials in advance to prevent shortages, delays and wastage.
- Resolve routine technical and coordination issues arising on site; escalate critical matters promptly.
- Maintain records of labour, progress, materials, weather, disruptions, instructions and variations.
- Report progress, risks, delays and resource needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Certificate or NVQ in a Civil / Construction field
- Strong technical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication, record-keeping, respect, discipline and a positive attitude
- Salary: Attractive salary package based on qualifications and experience
