Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service while resolving payment-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and ethical standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote financial products and services.
- Work closely with the sales, customer service, and business development teams to achieve targets.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition and business growth.

A valid motorcycle driving licence is required.
